(I've worked with four agents in the past five years.) Pete excels in many areas but what sets him apart is his communication skills. Throughout the process Pete is sharing updates and asking for feedback which makes it easy to make decisions. I've worked with other agents who claim to be good communicators but at best I hear from them once a week. Pete gives updates every day if there's something to share. When we were selling our home, Pete guided us through how best to prepare the house for listing and we had a contract signed for us in three days! Peter is an outstanding realtor. He's got a great sense of the housing market and has never steered me wrong (have both bought/sold homes with his team).
